We maintain a growing reference library so you don't retype the basics. How to test a servo motor, how to test I/O, how to check a DC bus — it's already written. Send the link, then add the part only you can add: your judgement. We keep expanding the library for you.

We start with an introductory price list for expert questions, which rises as demand grows. After the 4% credit-card processing fee, the balance is split evenly between you and DR Machines.

Introductory pricing. As demand builds, these rates go up — and your share goes up with them.

Once your ratings and response times prove out, we raise your pricing. After a proving period you set your own price — and we'll recommend a rate based on your profile, your specialisms, and live demand, so you're never guessing what the market will bear.

You get access to our base of 30,000+ customers. You can also invite your own customers into your portal to ask for your advice there. No more wondering whether a call is going to be free — the price is set before the question arrives, and we handle billing, collection, and payout.

Questions arrive with the machine already identified — make, product, part number, alarm code, and the customer's description. Answer within the response window for that tier. That's the whole job.
